PPG Envirocron® Powder Coatings
Envirocron® epoxy powder coatings are an ideal choice for applications requiring ultimate corrosion resistance, excellent chemical and mechanical properties, exceptional adhesion and the ability to meet demanding specifications.
EPOXY POLYESTER HYBRIDS
Envirocron® hybrid powder coatings are a blend of epoxy and polyester resins used primarily for indoor applications. They offer improved penetration into corners and recesses (Faraday Cage areas) and are less sensitive to overbake on curing than many other chemistries, making them suitable for use on appliances, radiators and other temperature-sensitive applications.
Polyester powder coatings are available in TGIC, TGIC-free and Ultradurable formulations. They are tough, attractive and demonstrate outstanding physical properties enabling them to withstand prolonged outdoor exposure, which makes them the coating of choice for lawn and garden furniture as well as other types of outdoor equipment.

FLUOROPOLYMER POWDER COATINGS
ARC 2001™ polyester architectural powder coatings offer a price-competitive finishing choice for all outdoor applications requiring good resistance to color fade, loss of gloss. They provide both excellent mechanical characteristics, such as hardness, impact resistance, adhesion and flexibility, and outstanding chemical, abrasion and corrosion resistance.
DURANAR® powder extrusion coatings are a primer-finish system designed for use over properly cleaned and pretreated aluminum substrates. They offer a low-maintenance finish that is resistant to marring and abrasion while providing excellent color and gloss retention.
CORAFLON® resin-based architectural powder coatings deliver toughness, durability and excellent long-term weatherability in an environmentally friendly, VOC-free formula.
