Women's Leadership Council
Helping Women and PPG Achieve Success
The Women’s Leadership Council (WLC), formed in 2001, is focused on attracting, retaining and advancing women in all PPG businesses, positions and levels. Council members, who include women and men, meet quarterly to learn, develop strategies and implement plans that are aligned with their mission.

Mission: “To create an organizational environment that attracts, retains and advances women to contribute to PPG’s continuing business success.”
Objectives:
• To attract talented women to PPG in all businesses, in all positions and at all levels.
• To retain talented women at PPG in line, management and leadership positions.
• To advance talented and successful women through line, management and leadership ranks at PPG.
