The first year of your career at PPG is designed to train you on our company, your new job and the professional world.  During this time you will be exposed to a variety of training opportunities, including those at your work location, at our corporate headquarters in Pittsburgh and any additional training required by your business unit. 

PPG's Orientation Program


Our goal is to hire the best and brightest students from college campuses throughout the country.  To help select these students, the following criteria are required of our new hires.

Candidates should have demonstrated leadership skills and be highly self-motivated individuals.  Students must have a GPA of at least 2.8 and be authorized to work permanently in the United States.  Location flexibility and willingness to relocate is desired.
