Ride Your Way to Good Health


Following are the current guidelines (subject to change) for using the bikes:

Sign up to ride the bikes between 6:30 a.m. and 3:30 p.m. (blackout times apply). The sign in book is located in the EHS department (look for the polar bear picture in front of Cheryl Stoudemire's desk on 8 North).

You must sign a waiver and release form (once per year) which is located at Cheryl's desk.

Individuals may use the bikes for one (1) 30-minute slot per day.

Bikes can be used at scheduled times only when their usage does not interfere with scheduled classes. Slots are available during most classes (except pilates and yoga) when riding a stationary bike should not be a distraction to the class participants.

Instruction manuals for the bikes are located in the E.R. in the top drawer beneath the class sign-in book (near window).

Outside of class times, we recommend you be accompanied by at least one other individual for safety reasons.  If you are alone, you must stop by the EHS dept. to pick up the Emergency Call Button.
