Inside Sales Associate
If you would enjoy developing relationships with a variety of customers and being part of fast-paced, dynamic sales team, then this may be the job for you!
Duties of this role include working one-on-one with customers and contractors, tinting paint, matching paint and stain colors, filling orders, and delivering products.
Part-time Inside Sales Associate positions are available, and are ideal for college students, retirees, or anyone interested in working part-time hours. Since most of our stores close at 6:00 p.m. on weekdays and have limited weekend hours, we can accommodate a wide spectrum of scheduling needs.
Assistant Store Manager
If you would enjoy assisting with running a store, delivering exceptional customer service and helping the store achieve top sales and profit performance, then an Assistant Store Manager position is for you!
As an Assistant Store Manager, you’ll be responsible for many of the same tasks and goals as our Inside Sales Associate, but we'll assign you additional responsibilities to prepare you for store management.
If you have winning customer service skills and 2 to 4 years of store operations or retail experience, we encourage you to apply for this position.
Store Manager
If you would enjoy the challenge of running your own store, where you are responsible for leading your team to deliver exceptional customer service and where you are accountable for all aspects of the operation including sales and profit performance, then you are a good fit for our Store Manager position.
As a Store Manager, you’ll be responsible for achieving sales and profit plan by controlling expenses, working capital, inventory, shrinkage and growing net contribution. You will also be responsible for ensuring company procedures are followed, and managing store personnel.

Store Group Manager
If you would enjoy the challenge of overseeing multiple store locations in an assigned market, where you are responsible for leading your team to deliver exceptional customer service and where you are accountable for all aspects of the operation including sales and profit performance, then the next step in your career is Store Group Manager.
This position requires 2 to 5 years of store management experience and excellent supervisory and coaching skills. We prefer candidates with a college degree and experience in recruiting, hiring, and training retail workers.
