Our internal job posting program, PPG Careers, is used to announce worldwide career opportunities to all employees.  As an employee, you are free to self-nominate regardless of functional area, business unit, location or job level provided you meet the position and location- specific requirements.

Through PPG Careers you also have an opportunity to create a profile, to record your experience, skills, and career preferences.  When an opportunity becomes available that matches your profile, the PPG Careers system will send you an email with a link to the job posting.

Additionally, management development committees, consisting of senior level managers, review and manage the talent of employees in functional areas (e.g. finance, information technology, etc).  These groups collect and analyze employee performance, skill, and experience data and recommend individuals for potential career openings and development opportunities.
