Minority Leadership Council
The Minority Leadership Council (MLC), formed in 2005, comprises employees from various staff functions, manufacturing facilities and strategic business units.
The MLC is committed to:
• Creating initiatives to increase minority retention and advancement,
• Recommending changes to enhance and focus the scope of the existing minority recruiting strategy, and
• Enhancing on-boarding or the integration of new minority associates into the company.
