Generational Diversity Council
The Generational Diversity Council (GDC), formed in 2011, comprises employees from various staff functions, manufacturing facilities and strategic business units.
The vision and mission of the Generational Diversity Council are:
Vision:
"PPG will have a culture that fosters positive cross generational understanding and communication while leveraging the strengths of each generation."
Mission:
"Promote a fulfilling PPG work environment that attracts and retains young professionals and bridges generational gaps by encouraging all employees to understand and utilize each other’s strengths."
