Location: Subaru of Indiana Business: Automotive Coatings PPG Start Date: April 2007

Career Path: My Automotive career started out with a competitor of PPG maintaining a pretreatment system at Subaru of Indiana. After working this system for a year I was asked by a PPG employee if I would like to hire on with the company and take on more responsibilities within the paint process. I started out with PPG learning how to maintain an ED system and reducing paint viscosities. I eventually learned all areas of the paint process and took on more responsibly to support my manager onsite. I am still new within our organization but I am currently developing myself to achieve a position as a Global Account Director.
