It is essential that PPG’s corporate identity is presented in a clear, correct and consistent manner. Please review the following crucial elements of PPG's branding guidelines:
The PPG logo MUST:
- NEVER BE STRETCHED vertically or horizontally, or DISTORTED in any way.
- BE SURROUNDED on all sides by SPACE equal to or greater than half its own height.
- NEVER show the letters "PPG" as a different color than the background the logo is placed over; the letters must appear to be cut out of the round-cornered-square shape of the symbol itself.
- NEVER be placed over a patterned, textured or blended background.
- NEVER be used to replace a word in a phrase or sentence.
- APPEAR over a HIGHLY CONTRASTING BACKGROUND.
- NEVER become part of another logo.
