Window Warranty and Repair – Important Information
PPG does not manufacture windows or doors and is unable to assist with homeowner window or door warranty or repair issues. A PPG logo in the corner of a residential window or door means that PPG supplied that specific glass component to the manufacturer of the window or door. Because of our distribution network, PPG is not able to track glass to individual window/door makers. If you have a claim or are in need of repair for a window, door or insulating glass unit, you will need to contact the window or door manufacturer or other local company that specializes in window repair.
