PPG Directors Set Dividend

PITTSBURGH--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Jan. 19, 2006-- The board of directors of PPG Industries (NYSE:PPG) today declared a regular quarterly dividend of 47 cents a share, payable March 10 to shareholders of record Feb. 17.


PPG has increased shareholder payments for 34 consecutive years, paying uninterrupted dividends since 1899.
