Hybon Direct Roving

Hybon® Direct Roving is a single bundle of continuous filaments combined into a discrete strand. The mechanical properties and excellent processing are supported by the chemistry on each strand of fiberglass. The strands offer compatibility with a variety of systems including polyester, vinylester and epoxy resins. Hybon® Direct Roving can be used in processes such as filament winding, multi-axial weaving and pultrusion.

Woven roving is produced by weaving direct roving into a fabric form. It is used in processes such as molding, pultrusion and lay-up.

No-Twist Yarn (NTY)

NTY fiberglass products are single-end, low-tex (9- and 11-micron diameter) products for use in multi-axial fabric, tape, texturizing, cement board, weaving and other processes. NTY products are compatible with polyester, vinyl ester and epoxy resin systems.
