PR-1773 Class B sealant is a low adhesion, non-chromate, corrosion inhibitive sealant. It has a service tempera- ture range from -65°F (-54°C) to 250°F (121°C), with intermittent excursions up to 300°F (149°C). The material is designed for use as an access door sealant or in the fabrication of form-in-place (FIP) gaskets.

This material acts as an effective barrier against the common causes of corrosion on aluminum alloys or between dissimilar metals.
