Jeffrey C. Davies

Vice President, Corporate Development

Jeffrey Davies is vice president, corporate development for PPG. He leads PPG’s global corporate development function and is responsible for sourcing and executing acquisitions, divestitures and joint ventures.

With 30 years of M&A experience, Davies joined PPG in 2006 as a managing director of corporate development. He was promoted to vice president of corporate development in 2013. Prior to joining PPG, Davies held increasing roles of responsibility in the investment banking industry.

He holds a Bachelor of Science in civil engineering from Lehigh University and an MBA, focused on accounting and finance, from Cornell University.
