P/S 890® M Class C Fuel Tank Sealant

P/S 890 integral fuel tank sealant has a service range from -65°F to 250°F, with short excursions up to 275°F. It is designed for fay sealing of fuel tank and fuselage applications, and maintains excellent elastomeric properties after exposure to jet fuel and aviation gas. This two-part, manganese dioxide cured PERMAPOL® P-5 polysulfide compound is fit for roller or brush use.

P/S 890 M aircraft integral fuel tank sealant has a service temperature range from -65°F (-54°C) to 250°F (121°C), with intermittent excursions up to 275°F (135°C). This material is designed for fay surface sealing of fuel tanks and other aircraft fuselage sealing applications. The cured sealant maintains excellent elastomeric properties after prolonged exposure to both jet fuel and aviation gas. P/S 890 M sealant is a two-part, Manganese dioxide cured Permapol P-5 polysulfide compound. The uncured material is a roller grade liquid suitable for application by roller, brush, extrusion gun or spatula. It cures at room temperature to form a resilient sealant having excellent adhesion to common aircraft substrates.
