PPG SEMCO® 1088 Fully Automatic Mixer

PPG Semco 1088 mixer is used for mixing of two-component 2.5 oz., 6 oz., and 8 oz. cartridges injection and barrier style semkits. Its easy operation minimizes operating errors, reducing worker fatigue and assures a thorough and consistent material mix.
  • Single switch adjustment to mix common aerospace PPG SemKit package configurations including:
    • 2.5oz with 6” dasher rod
    • 2.5oz with 8” dasher rod
    • 6oz with 6” dasher rod
    • 6oz with 8” dasher rod
    • 8oz with 8” dasher rod
  • Auto catalyst injection
  • Guarding door to ensure operator safety during mixing
  • Stroke counter for improved consistency and quality
  • Fully pneumatic non-electrical operation
  • Mixer is CE Approved
  • Operates on 85095 psi, 3 CFM dry air supply
