PR-1782 Class S sealant is a low-density sprayable sealant with a service temperature range of -55°C (-67°F) to 130°C (266°F). This material is designed for sealing integral fuel tanks and pressurised cabins. The cured sealant maintains excellent elastomeric properties after prolonged exposure to jet fuel, aviation gas and phosphoric ester hydraulic fluids. PR-1782 Class S sealant is a three-part, manganese dioxide cured polysulfide compound. Once mixed, the uncured material has a fluid consistency suitable for application by brush or spray. It cures at room temperature to form a resilient sealant having excellent adhesion to common aircraft substrates
