PPG SEMCO® 1188 HD Automatic Mixer
PPG Semco model 1188 HD mixer is equipped with a robust motor to thoroughly mix high viscosity material. The PPG Semco 1188 HD mixer is ATEX Class II-rated for use in volatile environments. The 1188 HD has a timer & valve that allows for the air motor to start at a slow speed then ramp up to full speed after 3 seconds. This is to prevent the open spoke breaking when mixing a very viscous material.
- Single switch adjustment allows mixing of the following Semkit package configurations - 2.5oz with 6” dasher rod - 2.5oz with 8” dasher rod - 6oz with 6” dasher rod - 6oz with 8” dasher rod - 8oz with 8” dasher rod.
- ATEX Class II certified and CE approved
- MIL-STD-810F method 509.4 - salt fog resistance testing
- Fully pneumatic non-electrical operation
- Operates on 85-95 psi, 3 CFM dry air supply
