Pans protected with PPG ETERNA® and PPG ECLIPSE® nonstick coatings dominated the competition and were named the top three best in class.

The first-place winner was the Tramontina 10-Inch Professional Restaurant Fry Pan. This pan uses PPG Eclipse nonstick coatings which are engineered to withstand the rigorous demands of today's gourmet and commercial kitchens, providing exceptional abrasion resistance and release.

The winner for induction-friendly pans went to Ozeri 10-inch Stainless Steel Pan with Nonstick Coating which features PPG's Eterna nonstick coating. Eterna was uniquely formulated to create significant improvements in release, much needed for cooking food like eggs.
