D6085 | DELTRON PROGRESS UHS DG INTENSE RED

Deltron Progress UHS DG are topcoats with high hiding power and a very high solids content, suitable for all types of repairs. They allow the original finish of vehicles factory painted in a single-stage system to be reproduced.

With the correct choice of hardener and thinner in the Deltron Progress UHS DG system, a range of curing options is available: from baking for 10 minutes at 60°C for spot repairs to a standard bake of 30 minutes at 60°C, suitable for all types of jobs.

The organic solvent content in Deltron Progress UHS DG colours is significantly lower than in conventional DG topcoats. As a result, this product is ideal for use in bodyshops operating in regions where VOC emissions are limited by EU Directive 2004/42 EC.

Deltron Progress UHS DG is a lead-free system and, when used in accordance with our recommendations given in this technical data sheet, does not exceed 420 g/l VOC in the ready-for-use product.
