Nathalia Jewell

Vice President, Strategy and Growth

Nathalia Jewell is vice president, strategy and growth for PPG. In this role, she plays a pivitol role in driving growth and transformation throughout the company.

Jewell joined PPG in 2022 as global head, corporate strategy and market-driven innovation. She has worked closely with leaders in corporate development, strategic marketing and commercial excellence, digital, research & development across PPG’s strategic business units (SBUs) in developing PPG’s Enterprise Growth Strategy. Jewell has focused on establishing mechanisms to cascade and execute our strategies across the enterprise, identifying and building new business opportunities and strengthening other critical capabilities for PPG.

Prior to PPG, she held roles with FMC Corporation focused on growth strategy, strategic marketing and business development, as well as within the chemicals, and oil and gas practices at McKinsey.

Jewell earned a Bachelor of Engineering in chemical engineering from Universidad Estadual de Campinas and a Master of Business Administration in international business from Tufts University.
