D8135 is a premium Rapid UHS Clearcoat, optimised for use over ENVIROBASE® High Performance waterborne basecoat, designed specifically for small repairs, 1-3 panels. D8135 delivers an excellent gloss finish in a fast process time and is also flexible enough to be used over rigid plastic components.

D8135 Deltron UHS Rapid Clearcoat

Deltron UHS Rapid Clearcoat is a two-component acrylic polyurethane clearcoat suitable for fast small-area repairs on vehicles that were factory-finished with a clearcoat applied over single- or multi-layer basecoats. This clearcoat is sufficiently flexible for use on rigid plastic parts.

D8135 was developed for application over EnvirobaseTM basecoats. It can be used in two different ways, "single-visit application" or the standard two-coat application. This clearcoat is recommended for a maximum of 3 panels.

D8135 allows a standard booth bake - 15 minutes at 60°C - suitable for 1 to 3 panels. It also offers a rapid bake option - 10 minutes at 60°C - suitable for one panel or spot repairs. For optimal final appearance, the standard 15 minute booth bake is recommended.
