PPG AQUACOVER™ 2560 is a two-component, waterborne zinc phosphate epoxy primer. It is designed as a general-purpose epoxy primer for steel structures in atmospheric exposure. A significant advantage is its suitability when solvents are not permitted due to health and safety reasons. This primer offers speed curing in steel fabrication and is VOC compliant (max. 100 g/l), supporting faster project completion and environmental standards. It is also easy to apply by brush, roller, or spray and can be overcoated with most dispersion, alkyd, and two-component durable finishes.
