PPG FLOORING 912 LV Epoxy Primer is a two-component, 100% solids, low viscosity epoxy primer/sealer designed to penetrate and seal concrete surfaces. It is certified as a Class 1 Vapor Barrier significantly reducing the effects of moisture vapor transmissions. It also exhibits low outgassing properties. It bonds well to concrete, masonry, metal, and wood, and its performance is unaffected by high humidity during application. It's compliant with USDA incidental food contact requirements.
