Two-component, moisture-curing low zinc (ethyl) silicate prefabrication primer
- Suitable for automatic application on shot blasted steel plates

PPG SIGMAWELD™ 199 US is a two-component, moisture-curing low zinc silicate prefabrication primer. It offers fast drying and excellent welding properties with low fume release and no weld spatter adherence. Benefits include excellent thermal stability, suitability as a first coat in various systems, and for seawater immersion with cathodic protection. It's approved by Lloyd's Register and meets NSF Standard 61 for potable water (in Green). Available in green and gray with a flat finish.
