Deltron Progress UHS DG is a range of topcoats with high hiding power and a very high solids content, suitable for all types of repairs. It reproduces the original finish on vehicles factory-painted in a single-stage system.
With the correct selection of hardener and thinner in the Deltron Progress UHS DG system, there are many curing options available: from a 10-minute bake at 60°C for spot repairs to a standard 30-minute bake at 60°C, suitable for all kinds of jobs.
The organic solvent content in Deltron Progress UHS DG colours is significantly lower than in conventional DG coatings. This makes it ideal for use in bodyshops operating in regions where VOC emissions are limited by EU Directive 2004/42/EC.
Deltron Progress UHS DG is a lead-free system and, when used in line with our recommendations in this technical data sheet - does not exceed 420 g/l VOC in the ready-to-spray product.
