Deltron Progress UHS DG is a range of high-hiding, very high solids direct gloss topcoats, suitable for all types of repairs. It allows you to reproduce the original finish of vehicles factory-painted in a single-stage system.
With the correct choice of hardener and thinner in the Deltron Progress UHS DG system, there are many options for curing the coating: from a 10-minute bake at 60°C, used for spot repairs, to the standard 30-minute bake at 60°C, suitable for all kinds of jobs.
The organic solvent content in Deltron Progress UHS DG colours is significantly lower than in conventional DG topcoats. This makes the product ideal for use in bodyshops operating in regions where VOC emissions are restricted by EU Directive 2004/42 EC.
Deltron Progress UHS DG is a lead-free system and, when used according to our recommendations provided in this technical data sheet - does not exceed 420 g/l VOC in the ready-to-use product.
